Spring Chickens On The WIlderstead! Our first Chicks Hatched On The Homestead

New life on the Wilderstead this morning! Mother Clucker and Gertrude have been patiently sharing a nesting box sitting on eggs. We don’t know how many they are sitting on, but at least two little peepers have been spotted so far. Amanda build a makeshift brooding area inside the coop to keep the curious and pesky hens and rooster away from the little peepers.
