It’s January. It’s -20 outside. We’re not in the far north, but we’re definitely north enough that winter growing takes a little effort. Our little winter greenhouse is still growing strong. We were harvesting ripe red peppers last week and our other plants are still producing what we need, if not more than we need. Here’s a video showing what we have growing, and how we are managing to continue growing vegetables through the winter here on the Wilderstead. There will be a few new additions to the functionality of the greenhouse this week, as well as more seeds hitting the dirt to help keep us eating fresh until we can start growing outside again in June.
